The Estrella War Financial Committee has determined the refund request process for those pre-registered participants who were unable to attend the event. Unfortunately, Estrella has never faced these type circumstance, so we were unprepared for the repercussions that the Populace experienced. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.
The Financial Committee has collated the data and have prepared to refund event fees for those individuals who were pre-registered and did not check into the event. Refunds will include PayPal fees and the $5 Non-Member Registration where appropriate. We must receive your request no later than April 30, 2019. Requests after that date will not be considered for refund. Checks will be mailed by May 31, 2019. Please direct all questions to EWRefund@EstrellaWar.org.
